Synergie Machinery has successfully concluded its first appearance at electronica India, marking another important step in our global expansion.

Although this was our debut at the India edition of the Munich Electronics trade fair network, taking our solutions to the global stage is nothing new for Synergie Machinery. This time, we brought our 211 Intelligent Nozzle Sorting & Cleaning System to Bengaluru, one of India’s key hubs for electronics manufacturing.

01 One Machine, One Booth, and Plenty of Attention

Throughout the exhibition, visitors came and went. While Synergie’s booth was not the largest on the show floor, there was a steady flow of visitors around the 211.

Some customers walked around the machine twice before asking

“Can it really clean, inspect, dry, and store up to 3,000 nozzles automatically?”

We demonstrated the complete process on site.

Once the nozzles are loaded, the machine automatically handles pickup, cleaning, inspection, drying, and return-to-storage — with no manual intervention throughout the process.

After watching the demonstration, one customer nodded and continued with several technical questions before concluding:

“This is exactly the kind of solution our production line needs.”

That is precisely why we brought the 211 to India.

On an SMT production line, nozzles may be small, but their condition can have a direct impact on placement quality and production yield. Inadequate cleaning or delayed inspection can lead to nozzle-related defects, unplanned replacement, and even production downtime — with costs that can quickly add up.

Synergie’s 211 is designed to address these challenges with an automated, intelligent approach to nozzle cleaning and inspection.

One Indian customer even smiled and said:

“You don’t look like a company exhibiting in India for the first time.”

For Synergie, however, India truly represents a new market and a new chapter.

Over the course of the exhibition, we connected with dozens of industry professionals — including customers interested in quotations, sample-machine testing, and potential distribution partnerships.

For our first exhibition in India, the response exceeded our expectations.

02 The Award We Won in Mexico Keeps Us Moving Forward

Last year, Synergie Machinery received an award at an exhibition in Mexico.

That trophy still has a place in our company today. More than a recognition, it serves as a reminder that Chinese manufacturing and intelligent nozzle-cleaning solutions can earn recognition on the international stage.

Following our successful debut in India, Synergie will once again head overseas next month, with Mexico and the United States next on our journey.

We are returning to Mexico with improved products, broader international experience, and the confidence gained from our first exhibition in India.
